What does EuthBook cost?
Five dollars per completed transaction, or six with Google Street View turned on. There is no subscription, no per-seat license, and no contract. On a week you do not work, you pay nothing.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. Create your account and use EuthBook without ever putting a card on file. Our fee is collected with your client's payment, so you are only charged when you are paid.
How do clients pay?
Online, before the visit. Most families pay within minutes of the authorization arriving, using one tap Apple Pay or Google Pay on the phone they are already holding. No card entry, no reader to carry, no receipt to write.
Do I need my own Square account?
Yes, and that is the point. You connect your own Square account, payments land there, and the money reaches your bank on your schedule. We never hold it.
Does EuthBook provide an online calendar?
Yes. The EuthBook Calendar embeds directly into your own website under your own branding, so families book a time without ever leaving your site or seeing someone else’s logo. The answers they give auto-populate your authorizations and procedure notes, so nothing is retyped and there is no second subscription to pay for.
What do I need to run it?
A phone. EuthBook runs in the browser on iPhone, Android, Mac, and PC with nothing to install. Add it to your home screen and it opens like an app.
Is Google Street View required?
No. Street View is opt-in. Turn it on from your account when you want it and shut it off whenever you like. While it is active, a one dollar additional fee is added to your appointment fees.
Does it work without a signal?
EuthBook is built for a connected device. Some functions are limited without a signal, so a connection is recommended for best performance.
What happens to my records if I stop using EuthBook?
Nothing changes. You can continue to access your records. If you decide to close your account, contact support and we will arrange a records transfer.
